Memphis’s corner, Kobee Minor, obtained the title of “Mr. Irrelevant” on Saturday when he was selected by the New England patriots with the final selection of the NFL Draft.
Minor, who is also played for Texas Tech and Indiana in the year, chosen was 257 in general to complete the three -day draft and seven rounds in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
The Patriots sent the general selection 228 in the fifth round to the Kansas City Chiefs in exchange for selections 251 and 257.
Minor spent his first three university seasons in Texas Tech, followed by one year in Indiana and a last season with Memphis.
He had no interceptions in 2024 but had 12 cups for loss.
