Zoho Corporation has announced deep integrations of AI within its CX platform and the launch of ULAA Enterprise, a safe version and ready for the company of its privacy browser. The launches were made in Zoholics USA, the annual company user conference. These developments help companies improve the efficiency, safety and experience of the client through the deep integrations of ZIA, the Zoho’s internal engine, Zoho said in a statement.

ZIA integration into the CX platform includes the creation of reports with Ask Zia, an agent capacity that allows the user to create a report using a notice. Users can also take advantage of the creation of custom modules, a feature without code that allows them to use a simple language to customize their CRM, such as creating modules, modifying field types and customization permit settings.

Zia, acting as an agent, can now pay tasks in the user’s wisp. The CX platform now also comes with an image capacity to design, Image to Canvas (a design study without code), which allows users to give life to an image by adding a CRM visual design layer.

“To provide excellent customer experience, several people in an organization are involved. However, only a few have access to the necessary client data, which are usually altered in a CRM. With CRM for all, but it is not included in different functions to serve their customers efficiently and effectively,” said Mani Vembu, CEO, Zoho.

Zoho has also launched Ulaa Enterprise, a browser specially designed for today’s security workplaces. ULAA Enterprise provides companies with a safe, compatible and IA navigator environment, which offers data loss prevention, granular policy controls and proactive threat detection, all integrated directly at the browser level. Since its launch in 2023, ULAA has seen a growth of 2.5x in monthly downloads and counts of active users, worldwide, says Zoho.

ULAA Enterprise is based on chrome, providing a family interface while adding improved security features. Its multiplatform availability, including support for Android and IOS, guarantees constant protection in all employee devices, satisfying the growing needs of a hybrid workforce, adds Zoho.

With respect to the price of these new features, Zoho points out that, unless the opposite is explicitly indicated, the AI capacities are included in customer license costs. ULAA Enterprise has a price of ₹ 40 per device per month, with an annual option of ₹ 365 per device per year. A three -month free test allows companies to explore the set of complete characteristics.
