The government of Prime Minister Viktor Orbán in Hungary officially recognized the scientific fact that they are only two genres in the Constitution of the Nation.
The 15th amendment to the Hungarian Constitution was ratified too much by Parliament Orszácyűlés de Budapest this week by a margin or 140 votes in favor of 21 votes against, Magoyarnemette Reported.
In an attempt to avoid the spread of extreme left ideologies that surrounds the genre, the amendment added to the basic law declared that a person is “man or woman.”
Cementing the government’s ability to prohibit LGBT LASCIVAS public demonstrations such as pride parades, the amendment also said that “children’s protection precedes the right of the Assembly” and gave the police new new prohibited events.
The clause in the Constitution that protects the physical, mental and moral development will now take the exdinca of all other fundamental rights, with the exception of the right to life.
The 15th amendment will also affect other areas of civil society, for example, consecrating the right for Hungarians to pay for goods and services with cash.
It occurs in the midst of growing efforts within Europe and other places to institute digital currencies (CBDC) of the Central Bank, which opponents warn would allow more state controls on how people spend their own money.
In addition, the law allows the Government to strip dual citizens of their Hungarian passport if it is considered a threat to public order or national security. Those who have their eliminated citizenship will be eligible for deportation in the country.
Finally, the amendment also formally improved in the Constitution the prohibition of producing, promotion, sale or use of illegal drugs in Hungary.
When commenting on the approval of the bill, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán saying: “We are protecting the development of children, stating that a person is born a man or woman, and remains firm against drugs and foreign interference. In Hungary, common sense is matters.”
Political Director for Prime Minister, Baláz Orbán, saying: “These measures respond to the growing liberal pressure to dismantle family, normality and national identity. In Hungary, these are not negotiable. We will defend the issue only in politics, but in our Constitution.”
While the bill was approved with an overloving support, the members of the Extreme Left Party Protected once again in Parliament, using whistles to show their indignation. Last month, in the approval of the prohibition of pride marches, Momentum members triggered smoke bombs in the legislative chamber.
The constitutional change in Hungary will probably be more sourned to the relations between Budapest and Brussels, and the EU has previously sanctioned the Orbán government by retaining funds in the laws that prohibit the promised LGBtion in school and Chelin.
