Andrew Berry has often referred to Travis Hunter as a unicorn.
On Thursday, the Browns general manager was one step further and compared the winner of the Heisman trophy with the reigning MVP of the National League and the baseball superstar Shohei Ohtani.
Many expect Tenessee to take Miami QB Cam Ward with the first general selection, which would put Cleveland in a privileged position to take Hunter with the second selection.
With many discuss whether Hether would be better used in the open, defensive or playing receptor of both the offensive and the defense, Berry said that his press conference prior to the draft in Thorsday no matter where he aligns.
“It’s a bit like Ohtani, right? When he plays aside, he is an outstanding player. If he is a pitcher, if he is a batter, he is an exceptional player. Obvames you get a unicorn if you use forms.”
Hunter cannot choose his team as Ohtani did when he arrived for the first time as a hope of MLB before the 2018 season, a process that guaranteed the baseball star of Nippon Professional the ability to continue as a bidirectional player, since he is subject to the NFL draft. However, Hunter has announced his intentions if a team recruits him and him to choose between the open or corner receiver saying that he would never play football again that happened, what is his own leverage.
Together with the Heisman, Hunter won the Biletnikoff award as the best open receiver in the country and the Bednarik award as the best defensive player.

Hunter was a selection of the first team in the corner and the purftose in the All-America of Associated Press team, as well as the second team on the open receiver.
Berry sees the main position of Hunter as an open receiver, where he had 96 receptions for 1,258 yards and 15 caught TD last season.
“It has a strange quality series, but probably the rarest is its skill with the ball, its ball skills. We would do it because we will do it in a position that maximizes that ability,” Berry said.
In defense, he had four interceptions, 11 pass ruptures and a forced loose ball.
Hunter would be the fourth winner of the Heisman trophy recruited by the Browns, joining Charles White, Johnny Manziel and Baker Mayfield.
