Alicia Silverstone represents his iconic role of Cer Horowitz in a series of “clueless” sequelae in Peacock, written and executive produced by Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage (“The OC”). Silverstone will also be executed.

Fans of the original film of 1995, however, have mixed reactions.

Another fan was firm: “I am honestly excited. We have only had one movie and I have never seen Alicia in something else. Get to your Queen bag.”
“While Alicia is there, it could be good, but Peacock cannot not make a trace in the record when she creates new programs,” said a third critic.
Another spectator complained: “I loved this movie as a child, but can we create original films?”
The original comedy was based freely on Jane Austen’s novel, Emma.
The details of the plot of the sequelae series are secret, so it is not clear if it will include other Austen novels. The film starred Silverstone, Paul Rudd, Brittany Murphy (who died in 2009 at 32), Stacey Dash, Breckin Meyer, Donald Faison (“Scrubs”) and Jeremy Sisto.
In 1996 there was a “clueless” television series in ABC, but Rachel Blanchard played Cher Horowitz.
In 2019, Schwartz played how he is known for the stories about teenagers and “loves” tells stories about that age group.
“Obviously, as I have much more, I have begun to have a different perspective about adolescents, and perhaps equally more empathy for the fragility of that time. I also have more empathy for parents, now,” he touched the publication at that time.
The plot of the original “Clueless” film followed Cher (Silverstone), a superficial and rich teenager of Beverly Hills High School, while making bad attempts to match his teachers and friends. Silverstone, now 48, was only 18 when he assumed the role.

“I was so exaggerated to be famous because I was such a young girl and it was never really my intention,” Silverstone told The Guardian in 2020.
That same year, she reflected on “clueless” for its 25th anniversary. “I found that Cher on the page was materialistic and unattractive. And really annoying, to be honest. Everything I hated,” he told Vogue.
“But I realized that it was just judging her, and once I started working on her I found all my heart and all love,” he continued. “She loves her dad a lot! And she is trying to be a support friend, so I only put all my love and heart in this character with the aspects that were cursed.”
Cher finished romantically involved with his stepbrother, Josh (Rudd), at the end of the film.
“I don’t remember having any point of view about it,” Silverstone said. “I mean, I know we are not blood, so it’s not as illegal that way. But it’s really strange when you think about it. I mean it’s fun to grow that way, but then again, it’s great? It’s great, but it’s!”
