The problem: the potential prosecution of Letitia James to falsely list a house of Virginia as the main residence.
I am sure that people are jumping with joy to see the tables turned in the unqualified attorney general of New York, Letitia James (“Virginia is for liars”, April 17).
It is no secret that she was in a witch hunt (only appropriate for a witch) for the political size the prosecution of anything that President Trump did. Now that she is the one in the hot seat, let’s see how many liberals come out again.
No one is above the law, as the left said. Now I am sure that there will be an excuse or defense that occurs to them, trying to explain their alleged mortgage fraud.
What is sauce for goose is the sauce for the gander. Close, minimal and fire it. Why should someone tax dollars pay for fraud?

Tish James may now need private lawyers to defend themselves personally for alleged financial crimes against US taxpayers. It will be interesting to see how she introduces the storm of accusations, investigations, probable accusations, essays and possible disqualification.
In his case against President Trump, he said that “no one is above the law.” I hope she should too.

Now we know for some time that Letitia James hates the old, men and particularly white men, through her description of Trump as well, too pale and too obsolete. Now it seems that she subscribes to the philosophy “do what I say and not as I do.”
As a lawyer and particularly a general prosecutor, if the accusations claim that fraud is demonstrated that it is true, not only must be immediately withdrawn from the position but imprisoned.
Hopefully the wheels of justice will become quickly.

I thought that all these mortgage scams were one thing in the 70s and 80s. Nothing new lord: only another corrupt politician.

It seems that chickens have come home for Roost, if James really committed fraud and needs to be subject to criminal sanctions.

All these false statements gave the right to the lowest rates to which they would not otherwise have the right.
