Post Malone has already won a great victory in his fight for the custody of his two -year -old daughter.
The new judicial documents obtained by Page Six show that the “Sunflower” singer (born Austin Richard Post) presented their own custody documents in Utah on Monday and two days before his ex -girlfriend Jadea “Jamie” Park presented his request in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
Since it was presented first, that is where the case will be handled, according to TMZ, and will save the singer a lot of money, since California allows higher payments when it comes to the support of the children.
The 29 -year -old singer also chose to present in Utah because it is where he and Park were originally dividing 50/50 of his daughter’s custody, Fuentes TMZ.
It is also said that Park moved to California in early 2025 after she and official post left him, at the end of 2024.
The experts also alleged that their movement was in an effort to establish the residence in California, arguing for her to request custody in Los Angeles for financial reasons.
Post Malone representatives did not respond immediately to the request for comments on the SIX page.
Malone’s identity was revealed on Friday after reports arose that she asked the Los Angeles Superior Court this week for the total custody of her daughter.
His daughter’s name has not yet been revealed, since it was only indicated in the documents of the Park court as “DDP”. Its date of birth appears as May 26, 2022.

Malone announced that he had welcomed a girl and Goths committed in June 2022.
The “Rockstar” singer has continued since then with the student of Parsons School of Design Christy Lee. The couple has been coming out on public dates since March.
The new couple was recently seen on a shopping trip in Paris earlier this month.
