The members of Martínez-Eleven of an Antioch-Pittsburg gang face charges that they worked together to steal millions of dollars in store merchandise throughout the Countor Costa County, according to prosecutors.
A complaint for a serious crime of 33 positions filed on Thursday charges the members of the gang with conspiracy, great theft of personal property, theft in the second degree and other crimes related to the retail theft, said the Office of the District Prosecutor of the County against Costa.
Prosecutors identified Marcelus Antonio Morre-Toliver.
The allegedly attacked sung stores in Brentwood, San Ramón and Walnut Creek, as well as in Al Yoga, Chanel and Nordstrom stores in Walnut Creek.
They also stole distribution truck cigarettes in Bay Point, Pittsburg and Pleasent Hill, according to prosecutors. An incident occurred on March 27 at 7-Eleven in Pleasent Hill. After leaving the scene, Crawford and three others allegedly tried to evade the officers, but crashed their car through a fence in Fremont’s elementary school and were arrested.
