Slain teen Austin Metcalf’s father posts gut-wrenching message to son on Easter

The father of the murdered adolescent Austin Metcalf shared a heartbreaking message in the three weeks of Easter Sunday, and three weeks after his 17 -year -old son was fatally stabbed at a high school meeting.

Jeff Metcalf shared the emotional song “Beat You There” by Will Dempsey, who has letters that read: “I don’t know why God always the good first/and man, I have tried to be strong and continue, but damn it, this hurts.”

Together with a link to the song, the afflicted father also wrote: “I love you Austin. Happy Easter.”

Austin Metcalf, 17, was allegedly stabbed by his teenage partner, Karmelo Anthony, during a confrontation at a secondary school meeting in Frisco, Texas, April 2.

Anthony, also 17 years old, faces a first -degree murder charge, but returned home and is under the house trial after his family recorded his $ 250,000 union.

The teenager and his family insist that he acted in self -defense.
