The event will also feature multiple members of President Trump’s cabinet who participate in activities for visiting children to enjoy.
“This year’s event will sacrifice children and families throughout the country the opportunity to experience a day of fun, learning and memorable moments,” said the first lady in a statement. “As part of the period prior to a national commemoration of celebration 250 of the United States Foundation, the America250 initiative, held at the South Lawn, will give life to the history of children and families that sign a mini declaration of independence, will disguise itself as the founding activity book and enjoy an activity book, George the Star: A story of America250”.
