Colin Kaepernick is 37 years old and has paid to play an organized and competitive football game since the end of the 2016 season. However, that does not mean that he has surrendered.
NESSA Diab, Kaepernick’s girlfriend, says the original NFL anthem is training “all day, every day” hoping to have the opportunity to exercise for an NFL team.
“Nothing has changed,” Diab told TMZ Sports, “everything depends on the teams if they let him play.”
Kaepernick has insisted that the owners of the NFL conspired for “Blackball” of the League after Heer began to kneel to protest the national anthem from the 2016 season.
Since then, Kaepernick has made his lack of employment in the NFL and his declared desire to play again the issue of annual media celebrations.
Kaepernick worked for the last time for an NFL team in 2022, an event that did not lead to a contract. In 2023, after headline Rodgers fell four plays in his first game with the Jets, Kaepernick wrote a letter to the then general manager of Jets Joe Douglas, as for an opportunity. However, that attempt was not equivalent to anything.
Before the 2024 season, it seemed that Kaepernick’s path back to the league could be as a coach instead of a player. The former Kaepernick chief coach Jim Harbaugh, said he had talked to the ex 49er about taking a position in his coaching staff with the Chargers.
However, Kaepernick publicly fired this idea in The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, saying that the conversation between and Harbaugh never happened.
“I discovered the same way that everyone else, on social networks,” Kaepernick told Fallon. “I thought,” Oh, I got a training sacrifice. “No, without training sacrifice.”
