Aimed at ITI, diploma and university students through cities from level 1 to 3, the center will provide practical training and access to advanced laboratories such as the 45 MW photovoltaic manufacturing line and the ATMP semiconductor packaging line.
The Minister of State of the Union (independent position) for the development of skills and entrepreneurship, Jayant Chaudhary, launched on Monday an Excellence Center (COE), established jointly by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Pandit Dandayar Energy.
The COE will be equipped with advanced manufacturing capacities laboratories that provide specialized training. It will sacrifice more than 40 online courses and hybrids in sectors such as semiconductor manufacturing, renewable and non -renewable energy, digital edge, intelligent manufacturing and more. An association memorandum (MOA) was signed earlier this month between NSDC and PDEU in this regard.
These courses will attend ITI, diploma, university and postgraduate students. The curriculum is designed to equip students of level 1, level-2 and level 3 institutes with practical experience in niche manufacturing skills, including energy, health, water and food. This COE will serve as a center for practical learning, R&D and industry participation in real time in semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, integrated systems and VLSI design, directly addressing the talent needs of the thesis sectors. It will be a melting pot for the development of specialized skills aligned with the national priorities of sustainable development and energy security.
NSDC will play a key role in COE without problems and the perfect delivery of programs to students. Periodically monitor the project progress to ensure that students receive quality training and are prepared for future labor roles. PDEU will empower students with standard industry manufacturing lines, including the “45 MW photovoltaic solar manufacturing line and the ATMP semiconductor packaging line.
