The Interior Minister of the Union, Amit Shah, promised to fall heavy in the perpetrators of the terrorist attack against tourists in Jammu and the Pahalgama de Cashmira and said he was heading to Srinagar, where he would review the security situation with all the agencies.
Shah said he informed Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is currently in Saudi Arabia, about the incident and held a meeting with interested officials through videoconferences after the terrorist attack.
“Angust for the terrorist attack against tourists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. My thoughts are with the family members of the deceased. Those involved in this act of terror will not be saved with a congress.
“Letter to Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji on the incident and the hero a meeting with the officials interested through videoconference. You will soon leave permission to make Srinagar celebrate a meeting of the urgent security review meeting,” Shah wrote in “X”.
The incident occurred around 3 pm when the terrorists got out of the mountain in the Baisaran Valley and began shooting at tourists.
An alleged video of the attack site emerged, showing several people bleeding and motivated motionless on the ground while tourists cried and frantically looking for their loved ones. There was no official independent verification available.
The incident occurs when Kashmir is witnessing an increase in tourist arrivals after staggering under militancy for years. In addition, 38 -day Amarnath pilgrimage is scheduled to begin on July 3.
The authorities pressed a helicopter at the service for the evacuation of injured people. The officials said that some of the Kured were demolished from the meadows by the local people in their ponies.
