It will win any drama at the top of the NFL 2025 draft.
The Titans have locked themselves in Cam Ward with selection No. 1, NFL Network reported.
This has a long leg the belief in the league, but was confirmed on Tuesday morning after Tennessee closed when dealing with the first selection.
“After months of speculation, the consensus around the league is that the Titans will remain in number 1 and will choose, rather Thancs, the sources say. It is not a surprise. Decision made,” Ian Raport tweeted.
“There was a real commercial interest. But as a team said,” they never opened the door. “All eyes in Cam Ward.”
The Miami star marshal separated from Shedeur Sanders in the months after the university football season, since the two best quarters in the draft were considered.
The consensus that begins to form has Star Travis Hunter Bidirectional that goes to No. 2 to the Browns and the giants and then land in the defensive wing of Penn State, Abdul Carter, in the No. 3.
There is still space for these two selections to change; However, uncertainty is really expected with Patriots at number 4.
It is not clear to what extent Sanders could fall with the former Colorado star considered one of the most polias perspectives in years.
The Saints in number 9 and the Steelers, who remain in Aaron Rodgers Watch, at number 21 are considered the most likely teams to recruit Sanders.
However, a QB team is necessary to negotiate in the draft to land Sanders if it surpasses the giants is always a possibility.
Ward, who transferred from the state of Washington to Miami for his last university football season, launched for 4,313 yards and 39 touchdowns for hurricanes.
Ward’s “ability to move around his pocket, mark fast balls and threaten how runner makes it the largest QB elevator this season,” Matt Miller wrote about Ward. “Multiple explorers told me that Ward is QB1 in class. He assumed first place in my field Mariscal ranking thanks to his great ability, experience (39 openings) and high -end arm talent.”
Ward would probably be a headline of day 1 for Tennessee, with the future of Will Levis in doubt and Brandon Allen the current quartback No. 2 in the depth table.
