Pahalgam Terror Attack: Railways deploys special train from Katra to help stranded tourists— Check Schedule

Pahalgam terrorist attack: The terrorist attack recently in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmira, has shaken the entire nation. Following the attack, a large number of tourists have been stranded in several parts of Kashmir. To facilitate their safe return, the authorities have organized four special flights and a train.

Special train announced from Katra

To help tourists currently stranded in Kashmir, Indian Railways has announced a special train service on Wednesday 23. The train will run from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra to New Delhi and includes 7 general coaches, 8 sleeping coaches.

Details of the attack in Pahalgam

On Tuesday, the terrorists launched a brutal attack at the popular Colina Station in Pahalgam, located in the Anantnag district. 26 tourists lost their lives, and several others, both tourists and local residents, were injured. The attack has generated a generalized national and international condemnation.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is closely monitoring the situation.
