Gwyneth Paltrow has launched the ultra strict paleo diet after years of avoiding bread, pasta and cheese; Revealing that he became “a little sick” of lifestyle change.

The founder of Goop, 52, known for her notorious health and nutrition approach, admitted that she has become “sick” of the diet of men of the caverns, which eliminates modern foods.
