For thirteen years, Daha Diamond League opened the Diamond League series. During the last two years, Diamond League has opened in China, first in Xiamen and then, in Shanghai. Doha is the third meeting of the season. Runblogrun visited every year since 2010-2017, and again in 2019 and 2023. An excellent event!

Doha (Qat, May 16): Five world world performances (including two in the male javelin) highlighted the meeting of Jetour Doha, the third meeting of the Wanda Diamond league season. 100m: The twins take a 1-2. Tia Clayton establishes a world advantage of 10.92 (2.0) to win of her twin sister Tina Clayton at 11.02. Amy Hunt put the legendary Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pyce for third place, 11.03 PB at 11.05.
400M: SALWA EID NASER with a clear victory in 49.83 to match the record of the Allyson Felix meeting, winning approximately a second of the European champion Natalia Bukowiecka at 50.92.
1500m: Kenya 1-2 for Nelly Chepchirchir (4: 05.00) and Susan Ejore (4: 06.27).
Beseple of 3000m (Diamond+ event): Medalist of Olympic bronze Faith Cherotich Olympic champion Winfred Yavi of the final barrier, 9: 05.08 Wl at 9: 05.26. The Sembo Almayo of Ethiopia was third in 9: 09.27, NR for India by Chaudhary (9: 13.39) in the sixth.
Vault Pole (D+): Molly Cauderny cleared 4.75m to win for a clear height of Roberta Bruni from Italy and the joint world champion Katie Moon were the second in 4.63m.

Triple Jump: Clear Win for Shanieka Ricketts about the Olympic champion Thea Lafond – 14.72W (3.2), also 14.30 (1.9), to 14.39 (1.9).
Men
200m (DL+): Olympic champion Letsile Tebogo facilitated Courtney Lindsay in the last 30 meters, 20.10 (0.7) to 20.11.
800m: Tshepiso Botswana masalela with a world or 1: 43.11 advantage, stopping a late increase by Bryce Hoppel (1: 43.26) and Wyclife Kinyamal third (1: 43.37) of Kenya.
5000m: In his first 5000m serious, Reynold Cheruiyot kicked his Victory of DL in a tactical race in 13: 16.40 ahead of the 10,000m European champion Dominic Lobalu (13: 17.70) and Balrain’s Balew (13.70).

Discus: Matt Denny improved 68.97m to extend his winning margin about Daniel Stahl (67.06m) and Kristjan CEH (66.92m).
