Microsoft has announced the appointments of Nitin Mittal as industry leader, digital natives; Himani Agrawal as Director of Operations, Microsoft India and South Asia; and Aparna Kondaboin as Chief – Human Resources, McAps India and Asia del Sur. These changes reflect Microsoft’s continuous commitment to empower all sectors, organization and individuals in the region with the benefits of AI.

Himani Agrawal will boost income growth by aligning commercial objectives throughout the organization, focusing on strategic innovation, commercial simplification and general operations for the company in the region. With about 25 years of experience, Himani has played several leadership roles in the organization, the most recent is associate director of the country. Before this, key roles such as the Chief of Personnel are gathered, and the country is aimed at Azure and businesses that build high -impact equipment and driving scale.

Nitin Mittal has performed leadership functions in Zee Entertainment, National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), Indian Unique Identification Authority (UIDAI), and was the founder of SOSV, a B2B platform for SMEs.
Aparna Kondaboina Hero several leadership roles in Microsoft in India and the United States and was the human resources leader of the Microsoft Indian Development Center (IDC), achieved outstanding results in the Human Resources and Talent Strategy. In his new role, Aparta will lead the human resources strategy to improve the results of talent and culture within the commercial business division.
