TVS Motor enters Indonesian electric two-wheeler market with iQube

TVS Motor Company on Tuesday announced its foray into the two -electric indonesia electricity market with its fully electric Iqube scooter.

The company’s PT TVS engine has opened reserves for Iqube in Indonesia at an introductory price of 29.9 million IDR (around ₹ 1.6 Lakh), said TVS Motor Company in a statement.

“The adoption of electric vehicles (EV) in the two-wheeled segment of Indonesia has seen a strong 101 percent of Cag (compound annual growth rate) in the last three years. We are pleased to associate with the Evstrive Government, Evstrive, high qule-quay-quay or TVS Iqube,” said the company of televisions, the senior vice president, James Chan.

The company said its electric scooter will meet at the PT TVS Company manufacturing facilities in East Karawang.

“We constantly strive to develop the capacity of EV in our sales and after -sales network to offer an experience superior to the customer,” Chan added.

The Vice President of TVS Motor Company EV International Business, Madhu Prakash Singh, said that worldwide, Iqube has crossed a milestone or 6 LAKH of clients.

“We are sure that the superior and comfortable driving experience of Iqube will delight our clients in Indonesia,” he added.

Iqube sacrifices a real -world range or 115 km with a single load. It has a maximum speed of 78 kmph and can accelerate 0-40 kmph in 4.2 seconds, the company said.
