One of the greatest debates that goes to the 2025 NFL draft was the position Travis Hunter should play professional. That is now depending on the Jacksonville Jaguars to decide after they were negotiated to select the Brefalo Buffaloes Bidirectional star with the second general selection on Thursday night.
The Jaguars gave four selections, including the second and fourth round this year, and their first round 2026 to achieve one of the most intriguing perspectives of the NFL in the history of the Draft and establish the tone for a new regime that presents the executive vice president of Jacest-Tist of Gace-Tist, Tony Boselli.
Hunter has said previously that he hears the offensive and defense in the NFL, which would be a high task. If someone can handle the workload, at the beginning, it is something like athletic and implacable as the hunter. His success to do it at university certainly helps his case.
In his two seasons in Colorado (2023-24), Hunter shone as an open and corner receiver. Last season, Hunter totaled 96 receptions for 1,258 yards and 15 touchdowns as a receiver. Its reception and totality of TouchDown each led Big 12.
As a defensive, Hunter totaled four interceptions, 11 defended passes, a forced loose ball and 36 combined tacle, which helped him win the honors of the defensive player of the year Big 12. Hunter also claimed the Heisman 2024 trophy.
Hunter was all-American that was transferred to Colorado after a season in Jackson State (2022). He followed the coach in Chief Deion Sanders of Jackson State to Colorado for the 2023 University Soccer Season, along with Field Marshal Sheders.
Hunter joins a Jaguars team that comes from a 4-13 season.
