An illegal migrant suspended from Afghanistan appeared in court this week, facing accusations of threatening to kill Nigel Farage.
Fayaz Khan, 25, or without a fixed abode, was taken before the Westminster Magistrates court on Tuesday in London for positions of threats to kill, the BBC reported.
The court was tolerated that Khan allegedly made several warnings to damage the United Kingdom leader, Nigel Farage, on social networks in October or last year.
Prosecutor David Burns said that Khan had published a video on the Tiktok platform, in which he allegedly said he would arrive in England and “find Farage to stop talking about him.”
Duration The same video, the prosecution accused the national Afghan of using his hands to make the form of a gun while saying “pop pop.”
In addition to being accused of threats to kill, Khan was accused of using a public communication network to cause discomfort, anxiety or inconveniences.
In a statement to the court, Mr. Farage said the alleged threats had “caused significant anguish,” according to The telegraph.
Khan, who appeared before the court with a translator for Dari’s dialect of Persian Common to Afghanistan, did not offer a statement on Tuesday.
He has been held in his Majesty Elmley prison in Kent and will appear in Southwark Crown Court in May.
After being arrested upon arrival in England, Khan has been accused separately or supposedly migrating illegally to the United Kingdom.
