Andrew Cuomo ambushed by protesters at NYC mayoral candidate forum

A forum of candidates for mayor of the Big Apple became ugly for former New York governor Andrew Cuomo on Wednesday night when a mafia or angry protesters ambushed the stage and sang: “Cuomo lies, people die.”

Cuomo, 67, remained on stage when the protesters surrounded him, and at one time he stood up to shake his hand of a few attendees who offered him words of support.

The favorite of the City Council ruled out the incident as a political theater and resumed the event, joking that there is always “drama” in politics.

“They want to play political games,” he said.

“That is part of the problem in this system, right? Too much policy, not enough substance, not enough discussion,” Cuomo continued, then promoted his achievements in the office duration of a news interview.

“I have been Secretary of Health, Attorney General and Governor for 11 years. These problems are controversial, and people have different opinions and that God bless them. You know, I don’t know if there is an important project that I have Tasn.

The former governor has been fiercely criticized for the disastrous decision of his March 2020 administration to send patients with COVID-19 infected to elderly households, which resulted in up to 15,000 deaths that gave the sausage of the murderous pandemic.

Cuomo, who for a long time has played the accusations of sexual harassment for several women, was also accused of subcounting the number of deaths in the elderly home up to 50%.

Harry Butler, who directed the forum, criticized those who interrupted the event in another sleepy way.

“One of the problems and problems with the Democratic Party, which claim to be a large part of the store, is that if you do not have a certain view, then they try to close it,” Butler said.

“And I think it’s a shame when I see a lot of young and white progressive types (come to our space). Do not tell us who we should vote, we can think that the pitches, we are educated.”
