An employee of the Food Services Company Aramark has been identified as one of the two victims who were killed in the shooting of Florida State of Thorsday.
Aramark’s employee, who has not appointed his leg, was shot dead when the 20 -year -old FSU student Phoenix Ikner opened fire on the Tallahassee campus on Thursday afternoon, killing two people and hurting another six.
“We are disconsolate when confirming that an Aramark employee was among those killed in FSU yesterday in that act of sensing violence,” said a spokesman from Aramark to WPTV in a statement.
The company, which provides food to schools, hospitals and other large facilities, said the employee’s death left it “absolutely trembling.”
“Our deepest sympathies are with the family and our entire community of Aramark,” said the company.
