Brooke Shields is a proud mom.
The model and actress wished her daughter Grier Henchy, whom she shares with her husband Chris Henchy, a happy 19th birthday on Instagram Friday.
“My baby is no longer a baby 🥹🩷 Happy birthday number 19, Grier! I love you, and I am very proud to be your mother. XX,” he sprouted in the subtitle.
Shields also shared a photo carousel that highlights several points in Grier’s life from childhood to adulthood.
The Mother-Draughter duo has demonstrated her close link over the years, since Shields has publicly celebrated some of Grier’s milestones.
The “Mother of the Bride” star, 59, showed his support for Grier while making his debut on the track for Tommy Hilfiger at New York Fashion Week last September.
Shields celebrated the great moment of his daughter sharing a video or her catwalk with her Instagram followers the next day.
“So proud of you,” the clip subtitled, labeling his daughter and the famous clothing brand.
Just a month earlier, the model and the actress emotionally revealed that it was an “empty night” after her youngest daughter went to university.
In a video, the “Blue Lagoon” star recalled that Tearullly remembered to have seen both go to school.
“Well, then, I sat here a year ago, and I saw my big girl leave, and I’m back on this porch, and now I am an empty unintended?” She said.
“But it is not really, it is not, huh, it is not easy. It is not easy for mothers. I mean, it is so strange,” he continued as his glasses were removed and the tears of his eyes were cleaned.
The actress subtitled the clip, “my two birds have abandoned the nest.”
Shields is also the mother of her daughter Rowan Henchy, 21.
