California inmate Cesar Hernandez who killed leader of elite Mexican police unit while on the run is arrested

A California escapes in Mate wanted to kill the leader of a Mexican elite police unit while in the race he was arrested in Tijuana, Mexico.

César Hernández, 34, was arrested Thursday by the State State Research Agency.

Hernández was sought in relation to death by shots of Abigail Esparza Reyes, 33, the leader of the Mexican Police Unit as “Gringo Hunters”, whose objective is to capture us suspect who is fugitive in Mexico.

Esparza Reyes was killed during a shooting on April 9 in Tijuana while the unit tried to judge Hernández.

“These actions reflect excellent intelligence and investigation work carried out by the staff of the State Attorney’s Office, whose coordinated efforts, tactical analysis strategies and data collection made possible with precision,” said the office in a statement on Friday after the trial.

“The Office of the State Attorney General reiterates its commitment to act firmly, legally, and reaffirms its commitment that in Baja California, who does it, pays it,” the statement added.

Mexican officials said that Hernández faces criminal procedures and that “their legal situation will be determined as established by law.”

Hernández turned 80 years old with the possibility of probation in California for first degree murder before escaping custody on December 2.

He was transported to the Core County Palace in Delano for an appearance in the Court when he jumped from the and escaped.

He was a hero in Kern Valley’s state prison in Delano before his escape.

He was delivered to Kern County from Los Angeles County in 2019.
