The main media, namely ABC, CBS and NBC, dedicated 62 times more coverage to Trump tariffs and market reaction than excellent work numbers, according to a Newsbusters analysis.
The United States Labor Statistics Office published job numbers earlier this month, and crushed expectations. American employers added 228,000 workers to their payrolls in March, while expectations were only established for 140,000 jobs. As detailed by the Breitbart News Economy editor, John Carney, “the hiring of the private sector was much stronger than expected. Economists had predicted 115,000 jobs. Companies added 209,000 jobs.”
However, the main media could not be bothered to cover excessive figures, at least compared to the initial consequences of the historical announcement of the “day of release” of President Donald Trump of the reciprocal rates of reciprocal tariff after the decades of Uleair armor.

Again, ABC dedicated 14 seconds to work numbers versus 17 minutes and 53 seconds in rates. Similar figures are true for CBS News and NBC News too.
