San Francisco – The Houston Rockets coach, IME UDOKA, has the habit of walking through all the cities he visits, and that routine continued on Saturday before game 3 of the playoff series of the opening round of his team against the Golden State Warriors.

After leaving the team on Saturday, Umoka said it was recognized by some fans of local sport.

How was that, was Uudoka asked?

“Very nice,” Umoka told journalists at Chase Center, drawing a little laugh. “Honestly, wherever you go, you may have some online hostility and all this. But in person, nobody says anything. You are not so brave in person.”

Hostilities have grown in the first internships of the Warriors-Rockets playoff series.

Duration Game 2, Rockets Guard and the native of East Bay, Amen, Thompson, involuntarily take Jimmy Butler’s legs, which makes Warriors advance the game after a tough fall. Butler, still in repair, did not play in game 3 on Saturday.

Some have discussed whether Thompson’s work was dirty. But Thompson’s teammate, Dillon Brooks, changed the focus on the Warriors when asked about Friday.

“No, I think the dirty player is Drayond (green), giving him a small impulse as the regular basketball players do,” Brooks said. “And Jimmy fights in the air for a rebound and things happen. Amen is not a dirty player. He has nothing) to do with being a dirty player.”

When asked what Warriors fans could be hostile towards Thompson, a San Leandro native, Umoka said he expects an atmosphere of strident playoffs.

“Regardless of whether he is at home or whatever, I think that is what you get as an opponent, obviously in the playoffs, independently,” Umoka said about the environment. “Unfortunate, what happened, as I said, was intentional or anything. But with bias and fans will take that and run with that.”

Thompson had 11 points and three assists in the 109-94 victory of the Warriors who leveled the series in one victory each.

“(Thompson) reacted well. As I said, we all know it is not intentional. And he will simply dedicate himself to his business as usual.

In game 2 on Wednesday, the players of both teams received technical faults in the second half and Jalen Green de Houston received a flagrant foul when he stirred an arm on Green’s face.
