Abdul Carter shot his shot.
General selection No. 3 of the giants and the Star passes corridor responded with Grace after their attempt by Hail Mary to use the retired No. 56 that belonged to Lawrence Taylor was denied by the legend of the franchise in an exclusive interview with Steve Serby of The Post.
“The sausage that could say no! My position does not change, it is the” nothing more than respect … “Carter tweeted Friday night.” This will make me work harder! I love it”.
Carter was number 11 while starring Penn State about three seasons, but that number is not available in East Rutherford, since it was retired for former winning field marshal of the Super Bowl Phil Simms.
The Cowboys star and her state partner Ex-Penn, Micah Parsons, actually asked Carter on Thursday after being recruited if he would use number 11, but Carter revealed that he had his eyes in a number associated with defensive excellence with his new team.
“I have a different number in mind (11),” Carter told Parsons. “I don’t know, but (no.) 56 sounds very good but we have a conversation.”
He added: “I am trying to start a tradition in another place.”

Carter added that Friday was in the process of seeing what could happen.
Last year, the giants do not withdraw number 1 for Malik Clouds after Ray Flaherty’s family was fine.
Well, two are needed to tangle and Taylor Hens Carter so that another number is famous.
The giants withdrew their number on October 10, 1994, with Taylor calling him at that time one of the three moments of his life.

Taylor Real has been in Carter’s shoes, after having wanted to use the number 98 with Big Blue, but the franchise prefers that supporters use numbers between 50-59.
“I know he would love to use that number, but hey, I think he is withdrawn,” Taylor told the post.
“Get another number, I don’t care if it’s double zero, and then make it famous.”

Giants can only dream that Carter is in the same kingdom of destruction of passes that Taylor provided his legendary career that Arguffy makes him the best defensive player of all time.
The Big Blue group of Carter, Brian Burns, Kayvon Thibodeaux and Dexter Lawrence looks good on paper and giants even more reinforced the unit with the third round of Ronda Darius Alexander.
Taylor is optimistic that defensive can be one of the best in the league.
“They obtained an infernal defense,” he said to the post, “so we see what we can do.”
He also sacrificed the council of Carter on how to navigate as the new star of the giants.
Taylor said: “It is a difficult place to play, but keep your head and every time you turn, you do the good for the team, you will achieve it.”
