Jalen Green leaving social media for playoffs, sends warning about ‘my girl’

The Houston Rockets guard, Jalen Green, sent a message to the public before obscuring social networks for the NBA playoffs of 2025.

Green, 23, revealed that he is disabled his social networks and said he left “My Girl”, apparently trying to get ahead of possible narratives about his 40 -year -old girlfriend, Draya Michele, who is a model and influential.

“.. Leave my girl, I am deactivating my s – T for the playoffs,” Green wrote this week in his Instagram history, according to a screenshot that waves in X.

The couple, who according to the reports began to leave in the summer of 2023, was in the center of the internet buzz due to their age difference of 17 years.

Green did not explain the meaning behind his message.

Green and Michele, who is a “Basketball Wives La” student, welcomed his daughter last May, and since then they have maintained their private name and identity.

Michele has a son, Kniko, 22, and Jrue, 9, of a previous relationship with former NFL corner Orlando Scandrick.

Michele, who previously came out with the QB Tyrod Taylor Jets, and Kniko was news when he next to the Toyota Center for a rock-timberwolves game last December.

Green leaves social networks to concentrate on the playoffs, which begin on Saturday.

Rockets will face the Warriors in the first round and game 1 is scheduled for Sunday in Houston.

“This is what I have dreamed since I got into the league,” Green told The Houston Chronicle this week. “Actually, since I was young. But last year, seeing the vision, this is what I have been dreaming. So everything is much more serious.”

Green, the general selection number 2 of the Rockets in the Draft of 2021 and the top scorer of the team (21.0 points per game), helped Houston to finish his drought of playoffs since the 2018-19 season.

Althegh, rockets can represent a serious threat to Golden State, their lack of experience in playoffs is a problem.

Fred Vanvlete and Dillon Brooks are the only two players in the five initials of Houston who have competed in the postseason.

The veterans of the warriors Steph Curry and Drayond Green won four NBA championships together.
