Judge James Boasberg has found a “probable cause” to keep the administration of President Donald Trump in contempt of the court so he states that it was a violation of his court order in which he told officials to fulfill two deportation flights, full of illegal alien gangs.
As Breitbart News reported, Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Law to start deporting hundreds of illegal members of Alien Train The Aragua and MS-13 Gang, both or who are now designated as terrorist organizations.
The Union of American Civil Liberties (ACLU) and the striker of democracy linked to Soros sued the Trump administration to stop deportations in Be Walf of five foreigners Iilegal cacuuidos of being members of gangs, although two take off Salvador.
Boasberg issued a Temporary Rest Training Order (Tro) that blocks Trump to use the Alien Enemies Law to deport illegal members of alien gangs. Trump officials said they received the Basberg order when gang members had already landed in El Salvador.
Subsequently, the Supreme Court empties the Boasberg Temporary Rest Training Order, dictating that Trump has the authority to use the alien enemies law to deport said gang members of the United States, provided that sports have a chance.
On Wednesday, Boasberg issued a memorandum that indicates that it has a “probable cause” to keep the Trump administration in contempt for the court for what he says is “intentional contempt” for his previous order.
“As this opinion will detail, the Court finally determines that government actions on that day demonstrate intentional contempt for its order, enough for the court to conclude that there is a probable cause to find the government.” The court does not reach such a conclusion in a light or hurried manner; In fact, he has given the defendants a wide opportunity to rectify or explain their actions. None of his answers has been Satatfactory. “
“However, we might ask how this investigation into compliance can processes at all since the vacancy of the Supreme Court after the events in question,” Boasberg continued:
The subsequent determination of that court that the tro suffered a legal defect, however, does not excuse the violation of the government. Instead, it is a fundamental legal precept that each court order “must be obeyed”, regardless Compliance, but why you should do it. [Emphasis added]
The Constitution does not tolerate the intentional disobedience of judicial orders, especially by the officials of a coordinated branch that has sworn an oath to defend it. Allow such officials to “freely annul the judgments of the United States courts” would not only destroy the rights acquired under those judgments “; I would make “a solemn mockery” or “the Constitution itself.” “Such a fatal result must be disapproved by all.” [Emphasis added]
…
For the above reasons, the Court will find a probable cause that the actions of the accused constitute disagreements. It will provide them with the opportunity to purge that contempt. If they choose not to do so, the Court will process to identify the container (s) and send the matter for prosecution. A separate order to declare will issue this day. [Emphasis added]
Previously, Attorney General Pam Bondi invoked the privilege of the State’s secrets regarding all the information surrounding deportation flights and the gang members who were on the flights, which prevent Boasberg from obtaining such information.
“The Executive Branch notifies the Court that no more information will be provided in response to the court order on March 18, 2025 minutes based on the privilege of the State Secrets and the competitive statements presented to the Bondo and the Secretary of State and the Secretary of State and the Secretary of State.
