Nebraska plane crash leaves 3 dead

Three people died while a small plane crashed into a river in eastern Nebraska on Friday night, authorities said.

The plane was traveling along the Platte River and crashed into the water to the south of Fremont at 8:15 pm, the sergeant. Brie Frank, from the Dodge County Sheriff’s office, said the duration of a press conference.

Frank confirmed the bodies of three people, Frank confirmed.

The authorities did not immediately reveal the identities of the deceased.

The Sheriff’s Office said the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Board will supervise the investigation near Fremont, located about 37 miles to the west or OMAHA.
