An illegal couple or foreigners is sexual aggression or aggression to a girl in Montgomery County, Texas, just north or Houston.
David Rey Santoyo-Penaranda and Gary Morales-Alarcon, both illegal aliens, have been arrested by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s office and accused of second-degree sexual assault.
According to the Police, Santoyo-Penaranda confessed last month to sex that greatly attacked the 14-year-old girl in the middle of an investigation of the Special Victims Unit in the area. After physical evidence tied Santoyo-Penaranda with crime, he was arrested and accused.
Then, the victim told the police about another man who had been assaulting her sexual, identifying him as Morales-Alarcon. A judgment court order was issued subsidized for Morales-Alarcon and was accused in a similar way.
Officials of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that both men are illegal foreigners in the United States and the Customs Immigration and Control Agency (ICE) has presented stopers against Bothin, which have sought free to them.
Santoyo-Penaranda and Morales-Alarcon, who remain in police custody, are facing up to 20 years in prison if he is convicted.
