A dispute on the music at full volume ended with a well -known Wisconsin dentist killed inside its apartment building.

Keionna McGowan sobbed in court on Thursday when she was accused of shooting her neighbor, Dr. Ir. Akintunde Bowden, after she allegedly asked her to reject her music on April 19, according to Wisn 12.

The 27 -year -old was inside her apartment in northern Milwaukee listening to melodies when she heard a blow to the door of her house, according to the criminal complaint reviewed by Wisn 12.

McGowan told the Police that he witnessed Bowden, 41, acting aggressively and believed he was “intoxicated.”

He supposedly opened and agreed to shoot the volume of his music, but according to the reports, those guarantees did not reduce the situation.

McGowan said he closed the door, but Bowden kicked her.

He allegedly grabbed a gun, reopened the door and shot him when he tried to kick again, Wisn 12 reported.

According to the reports, McGowan was out of his apartment building in Park Plaza Court shouting: “It is in my house, number 207” when the officers of the Brown Deer Police Department arrived. “

The authorities discovered that Bowden threw mouth at McGowan’s door and spoke him dead on the scene.

The dentist died because of a single gunshot wound in his lower abdomen, according to an autopsy report reported from the Milwaukee County Forensic Doctor Office.

McGowan was accused of homicide without second degree collection with use or a dangerous weapon on Thursday.

The McGowan preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 5, according to judicial records.

Bowden’s brothers, Adeniji and Ogbonna, both dentists, said that “loved their patients” and spent approximately a decade providing dental services to those who could not pay them.

“I always looked for people who did not have so much or did not have what we praise a fair opportunity,” Ogbonna told CBS 58.
